feat: added logic to check for Seamless Multiplayer mod before primary game executable, enabling the launch of Seamless multiplayer straight from the Utility.

(I'm a dev, but I have never touched C# until now, so I'm sorry for the jank, but maybe it can be a starting point; I got my feature to work, however).
