Add 'auto start' option #129

Firstly, thanks for this tool! It works very well for me.

This change is simple enough. I wanted an option to have the game automatically started when the form is opened, to save having to click the 'Start' button. This means I can add this program as a custom 'game' with steam and launch the game with patches directly.
