Did the recent update break the exe? #130

When I click on the .exe, it opens for a couple seconds and then closes. I've redownloaded it several times, no clue what to do.

I got exactly the same issue as @finnaboeuf I'm on W11 22H2.

Under Troubleshooting: Game isn't starting when you click "Start game"? Untick 'Disable Steam check'

Does this solve the issue?

It's not the game that is failing, it's the 'EldenRingFPSUnlockAndMore.exe' that shows this behavior. When opening the software in Windows, this app opens and closes within ~3 seconds. Data from event viewer:

Exception code: 0xe0434352 may point towards a faulty .NET installation, however reinstalling didn't solve the issue.
