FPS lock seems not work with game version 1.03 #18

Tweak: SekiroFpsUnlockAndMore_v1.2.3.1.exe Rivatunner v7.2.2 Try to lock FPS at 75 .. but FPS will begin at 75 only and drop to 60 in few seconds.

FPSlock works after using Nvidia Control Panel and set 'Vsync' to 'Off'. Thanks for this great tweak.
