Omni enable/disable functionality not working #68

Omni modules when turned off don't send sensor data. Right now If an Omni module is inactive, it doesn't reflect its state on the console, so upon refresh it seems that the module is active again but it's really not. On/Off funtionality must be added, resembling Potentia On/Off functionality.

Fixed in last release. git pull && rake db:migrate
