Feature: warn about missing main content #14

Given that FRONTMATTER is auto-closing as per #2, a warning should be logged if there isn't any content outside of the front/backmatter of the document.

What defines content?

I was thinking any "main body" text content.

But, here's a simpler approach: give a warning if there's no place for FRONTMATTER to be auto-closed before the closing WORK or eof.
