Antlr in Maven #25

Handle ANTLR grammars with Maven. This has a few benefits:

can build everything with just Maven (no local install of ANTLR needed)
generated lexer/parser aren't kept in source control, making commits simpler
grammars aren't included in the compiled package

Note: the generated files are still accessible for reference in target/generated-sources/
