bcdoc should be supported on Python 3 as well #42

bcdoc-0.16.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl should hint already that it supports Python 3. setup.py also does have troves: https://github.com/boto/bcdoc/blob/develop/setup.py The lib has been deprecated so I doubt anyone would update it any longer.
