caniusepython3.com now has stable URLs, so it would be great to show the badge 
with the count of unported dependencies be shown along with a link to the 
caniusepython3.com page, e.g. https://caniusepython3.com/project/PasteScript

Showing the amount of blockers sounds interesting. Though nowadays there are so few packages not on python 3 that this may be it doesn't matter? We're at 171/200 right now.

@brettcannon a pull request would be welcome if you are interested.
