Data out of pattern #14

In /categories/newest.txt some questions are not in pattern, Some "#" needs to be deleted for cleaner data image

For further clarification: Only the file /categories/newest.txt has this problem in some questions where questions start like #Q #7 "Question follows" whereas rest of the files has the following format: #Q "Question follows"
