Worked once and then no more #2

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. The plugin worked once and since then I can't get it to work again. I'm new with Podio, so maybe that's the reason... Here's what I did:

  1. Created an app in Podio called "Other app" in which I've got text fields with IDs that match the ones I used in wordpress
  2. Created an app API (I put in a random name such as website-enquiry and the domain name is podio.com)
  3. Installed the plugin in wordpress. It is able to recover the fields that are in my app (and also the ones that have been deleted, but I'm not sure why that is happening...)
  4. When I send an enquiry through my contact form, I receive the email (so I know all the fields are working), but nothing is generated in Podio.

Do you see any step that I forgot? I have played around with a few parameters since it worked that one time, so maybe I changed something that I shouldn't have. I rechecked that the Client ID, Client Secret, App ID, App Token and App URL are correct (which I assume they are or the plugin wouldn't be able to get my app's field names!)

EDIT: it seems to work with one of my forms but not the other... I absolutely don't understand why! (It started working with the one that now doesn't work anymore!)
