Add page functionality #20

Part of #2 and also relates to #5. The initial implementation of pages and blog functionality will be part of Beubo until I get plugins/modules to work better.

[x] Add/Edit/Remove pages for a site
[x] Resolve pages based on URL slug
[x] Page categories so that we can have pages that list other pages
[x] Ability to select page templates
[x] A basic WYSIWYG editor

I'm removing Wordpress importer and Jekyll importer as they can be modules/plugins or even standalone applications.
