It's shows this type of error even I first migrate sales order option. "Before migrate the Sales Credit Memo, you have to migrate the Sales Orders first." migrate sales data migrate data tool allow migrate data from magento ce 1 x to magento ce 2 x

It's pity that we no longer maintain the old script distributed here at Github. We replaced it with a newer version - UB Data Migration Pro. Really sorry for not being of much help in this case.
