Cannot Go to Next Step (Redirecting to Magento 2 Installation) #18

Hi. Thanks for the tool.

I was able to install the tool and connect the databases (Database settings). But when I click on "Next Step" to go to "Migrate Website/ Stores", it takes me directly to the new Magento website with no options to continue the migration. Any tricks?

Also, please note that: As data migration itself is a complex task as it relates to different factors including the server condition etc., we do provide migration custom service. Just add a note here, in case you might want to use our service. https://www.ubertheme.com/magento-custom-services/

Hi.

Thanks for responding. I don't think a screenshot could explain the issue, but you can check it here http://prntscr.com/a3f2fh ... The problem is that all the databases are connected properly and working, but when I click on the "Next Step" to go to the "Migrate Websites and stores" it takes me to the Magento 2 intallation here http://prntscr.com/a3f2tp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@williambize Seem is your server is Nginx? If yes, you should use this tool with Apache server at this time.

Thanks for the support! So let me ask this... Where do we upload the Magento Migration tool? Should it be uploaded to Magento 1.xxx root folder or Magento 2.xxx root folder. In our case we uploaded the Migration Tool to Magento 2 root folder. But I'm guessing it should probably be uploaded to Magento 1.xxx root folder.

Your reply will be very appreciated. :)

I think I was using the wrong version of the Migration Tool... But when I found the one at the URL below, when I enter the commands via the Magento cPanel SSH it always says "command not found". I use a VPS, but since there are other websites which are not Magento on the same server, I only run every Magento command just for the Magento cPanel account on the VPS. Any help? Maybe remove some of the parts of the command?
