UBFC-PHYS Support #158

Added UBFC-PHYS support, as well as renamed all instances of "UBFC" in the toolbox to "UBFC-rPPG" for clarity.

I also added configs for training and testing on UBFC-PHYS using just UBFC-rPPG and PURE for the time being.
