Release for citation #278

Hello there! Thank you for this project and the provided code! Do you plan to create a release for the current state of the repo in the near future? I am currently working on a paper and would like to cite the exact version of the toolbox and therefore a release would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Hi @BeCuriousS,

No plans to do this as of now, but this is a great idea and I'll try to bring this up to the rest of the team once things cool down a bit with some other obligations. For the time being, and given we don't get around to doing this by the time you have a pre-print of your paper ready and/or the paper gets formally published, feel free to just cite the NeurIPS 2023 reference below:
