Ubie Icons fails with dependency resolution from 0.6.2 #98

Upgrade of ubie-ui fails in ubie-vitals-web
react-native-svg is in peerDependencies in ubie-icons
react-native-svg requires react-native further requires react 18.2.0 (version fixed)
If less than 0.6.2, react-native-svg is not included
