Place RADIO ACTIVITY section just below ABOUT or flip them if you think that is right, so that users can find it where they might commonly look for settings near the footer.

Acceptance Criteria

• Links to https://the.lacking.org/radio_activity • Follow the same format as ABOUT footer • Body Copy should be re-written to give a better understanding of the section.
