Update start scripts for services (package.json and README) #91

    Yes, I think it's a good idea to add the `service` here. I'm ok with long task names, since it's only for the examples and you don't have to call them very often. Let's do this identical for all tasks and remember to update the task names also in the READMEs of the examples. (This could all be done in a new pull request, if you want.)
