Transform assistive-pricing in a worker instead of a GitHub Action

assistive-pricing does not run long tasks and requires to be quite reactive as it handles commands from user, that should preferably receive quick feedback. When running through Actions, it takes ~1 minutes per command to be handled, which is not ideal

Thanks to https://github.com/ubiquity/ubiquibot-kernel/issues/39 we should be able to run plugins as workers, making them instantaneous.

Thus this plugin should be transformed from Action to Worker inside of Cloudflare.
