I realize that pull request review comments should be relevance: 1 always. They definitely don't make sense out of the context of its associated code sample.
Eventually it would be great to score pull request review comment relevance in a different manner, where we can feed the code sample to ChatGPT and provide it a new prompt, such as, "is this a valuable pull request reviewer comment for the following code snippet?"
