Assign Table Incorrect Values

There's some issues with what appears to be hardcoded example values in the table.

1. The payment multiplier
2. The tip tagging @user
3. Multiplier reason undefined
4. Total Bounty 0

• You can clearly see in the conversation that I set my payment multiplier to 0 and it always seems to render as 1.00
• Later in the conversation I also tried setting my multiplier to 0.5 so seems that 1.00 is hardcoded.

Tips:

• Use /wallet 0x4FDE...BA18 if you want to update your registered payment wallet address @user.
