Specification Author Rewards Adjustment #171

We have a 3x multiplier for the author for the example below but I think this should only be done on word count, and not on the elements. $15 per link seems super high!

Mixed feelings on this because we seem to be phasing out word count scoring soon.

However I think that the author's specification should be paid more compared to a normal comment, because generally its more effort to write a specification compared to writing a normal comment. Curious to know how we can improve the strategy here. Everybody please leave your thoughts!

@0x4007 I think we should update at least all issue (maybe pr too) templates across the orgs and embed these little bits of info into them.

  1. In my opinion, don't use HTML comments, enforce that they delete or replace the template text. I delete the comment on my posts, and it interferes with search API.
  2. Show how to use these _original context_, written by _user_ crediting tricks and have it there ready to be pasted over
  3. I think this would give new folk a better idea of structuring issues and save us a little time
