Should be dedicated GitHub app, not ubiquity rewards

It'll be whatever is attached to the Supabase instance, which should be a GitHub App because we need permissions that an oauth app does not have.

I assume that'll be the same one used on work.ubq

Then we need to generalize the app name into something just like UbiquityOS Registration
