Bounty proposal: fill out Huuray questionnaire

As I described here we should have at least 2 gift card providers set up and running.

Huuray provides a highly customisable solution for gift cards. https://huuray.com/products/create-your-own-gift-card/ https://huuray.com/solutions/developers-gift-card-api/

I should fill out the questionnaire before the account is set up.

If we can issue credit cards via tpay I don't see the benefit of issuing gift cards.

However I have uncertainty around their execution speed. Perhaps we can proceed with this as a backup plan and pull the plug if tpay can deliver, like this year.

When I get in my computer later note to self I need to increase the base-rate on this repo. Will update pricing soon!

Perhaps it would be most efficient to make a meta issue and batch together a weeks worth of work into sub tasks that I can approve etc

Otherwise would also be nice to get @Draeieg 's input on these initiatives

I Think we should pursue any possible options we have for a demo card until we have one actually in our hands as long as it isn't too annoying

My vote would be on @sergfeldman strategy of getting 2 gift card providers set up and running
