Let's wait until we finish the recruiting cycle. Then you can reflect on every step that we took and write them down in this SOP. It should be pretty straightforward at the end.

Your comment on the performance review suggests that you have information on this SOP that is outdated or irrelevant. Doesn't it make sense to write what works, and then perhaps make a side note for what was attempted and the results?

I was going to merge this in but I was replying on Telegram and you beat me to it. In the future I think you should aim to make docs as clear as possible for new recruiters to follow in your footsteps. This means highlighting the important stuff.

I've made revisions to the SOP based on our recent recruiting experiences. We successfully identified Fernando and B via LinkedIn, utilizing a job posting that was amplified with a $400 advertising budget. This approach has proven to be our most effective recruitment tool. In contrast, our campaign through We-connect yielded only 5 responses from 500 attempts, indicating a significantly lower effectiveness. Additionally, efforts to recruit through local platforms like Rocketpunch and various crypto communities did not result in sourcing any qualified candidates, despite attracting a considerable amount of attention. This experience suggests a need to focus our recruitment efforts more on proven platforms like LinkedIn, especially when it comes to allocating our advertising budget.
