I was randomly checking out https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/optimism/issues and realized that they have relatively a small amount of issues all seemingly fairly recent.

Here's a very simple pitch:

1. Somebody on your technical team can use the bot to instantly price out new issues submitted by the community.
2. The bot will allow the community members to handle the payouts themselves (as long as you top up the bot wallet)

This will allow bugs that were submitted by the community to be approved then automatically funded by the optimism team in order to incentivize a good and quick fix.
