Donations Feature #136

GitCoin is apparently pretty popular for donations. What if we had a configuration setting

DONATIONS=TRUE

Then the bot automatically posted a donation address on new open issues. We would need the capability for the bot to track donations (and log/credit them in the donate comment) but then in this way people can easily donate on important features.

This can be especially powerful in public good open source projects, like Foundry!

Can we consider the feature for the good Open Source projects Donate by yield?

A user deposits his money into Ubiquity Yield aggregator. The yield is sutomatically goes to donations of the selected by the user Open Source projects. The user can withdraw his initial deposit anytime. Yield transfered to donations is non refundable.

We can consider this feature but that conversation would occur after those vaults are created.
