Credits

Represents credit entries. Each entry may or may not be linked to a permit.

Field	Type	Description	Example Value
`id`	int8	Unique identifier for the credit entry.	999
`created`	timestamptz	Timestamp when the credit was created.	2023-09-15T11:20:23.004Z
`updated`	timestamptz	Timestamp when the credit was last updated.	2023-09-15T11:22:40.050Z
`amount`	int8	Amount of the credit.	150000000000000000000
`permitId`	int8	Foreign key to the Permits table (if applicable).	101
