Loading Icon #93

A loading icon that matches the style should appear when there are no rows displayed. There tends to be a delay when the page is initially loaded. I envision a white circular spinner.

It should render in the center of the viewport
It should be animated
It should fade out when the rows begin to load.
It should timeout after 5-10 seconds and display some type of failure if there is an actual page load failure.
