Rename HUGE type to "HIGH-PRECISION" one. #5

HUGE type is now known as “HIGH-PRECISION” type. As one astute user pointed out, a “HUGE” type can just as easily be used to store a very high-precision value like “0.0003213982398123″ and using the term “HUGE” is misleading.
