xone - No way to initiate paring on Surface Book 2 with integrated receiver #204

Hello,

Surface books come with an integrated wireless xbox receiver but no hardware pairing button. This means on the current surface images there is no way to initiate paring. Would it be possible to integrate the patch in the following pull request? medusalix/xone#45
