Describe the package

Fingerprint sensor of this laptop doesn't work with the default image and unfortunately requires a proprietary driver which is needed for many lenovo/dell laptops. using rpm-ostree to install this package and layer it does allow the fingerprint sensor to work.

This is baiscally the same request as in #226 where I've just added some more detail about why this hasn't been added to Universal Blue: https://github.com/ublue-os/akmods/issues/226#issuecomment-2492251946
