Frame limiter broken (Rog ally) #1163

Describe the bug

Frame limiter doesn't seem to work, only works with vrr off and in game vsync turned on. Running on latest Bazzite is.

Same for me, it's still broken. It's always on 120hz. It's something like 3 weeks I think
