Native Color Temperature not working #1312

Describe the bug

Under display settings, the “Use Native Color Temperature” no longer works. It used to change the screen color when I toggled it on and off.

Manually adjusting the color is not functioning either.

What did you expect to happen?

Color temperature should change when toggling it on or off.
