On the desktop version
when I "Enter edit mode" > "Show panel configuration"
the whole Plasma desktop will quit and restart with a "plasmashell crash" popup offering to send a bug that most times never sends anything.
I can add new widgets, just not edit the panel
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the ability to adjust the panel visual settings
