Framework Laptop's `ectool` seems not work after upgraded to non fsync kernel #1764

Describe the bug

sudo ectool hello
Error getting I/O privilege: Operation not permitted
Cannot find I2C adapter
Unable to establish host communication
Couldn't find EC

What did you expect to happen?

ectool working.
