While I was troubleshooting the scroll wheel on my MX Master 3* I found a list of libinput config files that fix hardware "quirks" for some input devices. I'm sharing in case it comes in hand in the future. In Fedora the files are located in /usr/share/libinput/.
The scroll wheel gets buggy after the mouse wakes from sleep (bluetooth connection) and "smooth scrolling" gets disabled. I can't understand why it started happening. For now, here is a temporary fix: `sudo solaar config "MX Master 3" hires-smooth-resolution True`
