Describe the bug The link to home manager configuration is broken

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

visit https://getfleek.dev/docs/programs
click on link https://nix-community.github.io/home-manager/options.html
that page is not found

Expected behavior The link should target an existing page. For example https://nix-community.github.io/home-manager/options.xhtml
