Enhance forge.sh

The forge.sh script is currently as simple as possible :wink:

We should add some functions which allows for:

• [x] start / stop pod (maybe in a seperate script
• [x] reset pod and start from scratch
• [x] check installation pre-requisites
• [ ] ~reset ansible semaphore only~
• [ ] ...

With the last rewrite this should be enough for the moment
