chore(ci): use new image labels for linux and image version #237

akmods is now building with good image version and linux kernel version labels as of https://github.com/ublue-os/akmods/pull/171 .

This PR uses them to provide correct labels on images produced.

Plus it now verifies both the main source image as well as the akmods and akmods-nvidia images.
