fix(nvidia): pin Nvidia drivers to 555 #273

We have been experiencing multiple freezes with the newly released Nvidia 560 drivers, so we will pin to 555 while we investigate.

Depending on what Bazzite chooses to do, we may decide to unpin when they confirm everything is working well.

@p5 I'm still seeing 560 installed on the latest silverblue-nvidia:40. Does the pin need to possibly be on an older date or am I just missing something?

Ignore. Looks like 555 after inspecting the ghcr.io/ublue-os/akmods-nvidia:main-40-20240806 image. I'm not sure why my custom image is still picking up 560 from latest silverblue-nvidia (main). It's causing all kinds of weird issues on my 3070 system.
