Have a rebuild the world button #596

We often need to rebuild akmods, main, hwe in order.

Sometimes this also includes Bazzite and Bluefin/Aurora.

We should have a workflow in this repo that runs our rebuild the world in order with a single press.

With kernel-cache, the order will now be: kernel-cache -> akmods -> main -> hwe -> downstream images
