Distro packaging #43

This project has a working RPM build that's attached to each release. However, gbulb is not packaged yet so the RPM install fails. I'm not longer going to spend time attempting to package for RPMs for this project. For now, I recommend using pip for installation - if anyone has time to resolve the package building process for this project help is wanted
