show device name `ubo-xx` on home screen #128

we need to show the device name ubo-xx on home screen preferably on header next to home icon.

I tend to keep forgetting the device name and there is no easy way to find it right now.

Also we should always include .local suffix in the name to avoid any confusion specially in SSH section
