Filter out repetitive "Not connected." messages from backup ftp errors #725

If backing up to an invalid ftp host:

ERROR: Upload failed to: ftp://foO@doesoawrgwrg/foobar/site-s25407a6c7884f774aaab44cb2a1ef93cf4d403b6-20200214225808.ubos-backup : ftp: doesoawrgwrg: No address associated with hostname
Not connected.
Not connected.
Not connected.
Local directory now /ubos/tmp
Not connected.
Not connected.

Remove the "Not connected".
