It should be https://github.com/uboslinux/setups-ubosdev/tree/main/ubosdev-docker/develop and not https://raw.githubusercontent.com/uboslinux/setups-ubosdev/main/ubosdev-docker/docker-compose.yml as written on https://ubos.net/docs/developers/setup/docker/
