Revert "Google: use new Ubports keys" #34

Reverts ubports/account-plugins#33

Go back to the old Google authentication keys due to https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/1195. Using new keys breaks everyone's Google account sync. They can't know this unless they manually trigger a sync.

Merging this removes the critical status from https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/1195

Using this revert, I can:

Use a Google account that I created before this change happened
Create a new Google account

Google accounts that were created in the past week on RC or in the past 16 days on devel will need to be re-authenticated. This is an acceptable compromise to avoid breaking all stable users' account logins.
