When adding an account several pages shows higher buttons.

CalDAV fix is https://github.com/ubports/sync-monitor/pull/12 but I can't seem to find the rest of providers

Hi @cibersheep, you have good eyes :-)

I moved this bug to the account-plugins repository, because this is where the QML code for most plugins lies. See for example https://github.com/ubports/account-plugins/blob/xenial/qml/nextcloud/NewAccount.qml
