draft: adding gracerlte #226

The following files have to be added to http://system-image.ubports.com/, and I need to secure a tester after that because I don't own a gracerlte galaxy note fe exynos

Sorry but we are not gonna add a device that is not thoroughly tested (by yourself, the porter at best, or other users) to the installer, making it available for everyone and the expectation is that its superstable. Come back with test results, at least 2 independent ppl should run the list of feature tests as can be seen on the device homepage.

I tested this on my Original Note 7 (N930F) and the installer worked without any issues.
